Because many of our items are custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order, custom orders are generally final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted in new condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
